  Another 5 stars Toni and Guy team
  Lane Cove.
  I have been visiting Toni and Guy for many years and today, had the most beautiful cut from Dario.
  The team always friendly and very welcoming. From the moment you walk in, the hair wash, cut, blow dry is just amazing!!!
  THANK YOU all and I look forward to my next hair cut with Dario!

  Love the services here, I’ve been going to the same hairdressers in Surry hills for 9 years so was nervous about trying a new place after moving but Beth (cut) and Jacinta (colour) we’re both lovely, listened and explained, not pushy. Happy to have found the place.

  Beautiful colour, super well blended blonde (and my natural hair is black). Cut was also amazing and I'm so happy with my first ever fringe.

  Ok so, ive been to this Tony and guy once before and they did a great job. So naturally I went back to them in May asking to go pretty much blond with another balayage. My inspiration was pretty much Matilda Djerf's new blond hair at the time (the last two photos i attached were the exact ones I showed the lady). When I got there I sat in the chair for about 45 minutes before anything actually happened as the store was reasonably busy, and throughout the whole appointment everything moved very slowly and customers that were coming in after me were leaving before I had even had the foils finished. I tried to be pleasant and understanding as I too work in retail, but I ended up being there for almost seven hours. After the whole process I found that my hair looked almost nothing like what I had asked for (photos below - the one of me holding the phone in the mirror is before the appointment and the other one is after the appointment. I apologise for the quality but I don't have many photos of myself). As well as this, I asked for choppy layers and about three to four inches off, and they pretty much just gave me a few centimetre trim and some face framing. Anyway, the whole ordeal costed me about $600 and seven hours of my day. I understand that the staff had a busy day and it was kinda a last minute appointment, but for $600 I would have expected some effort into meeting my expectations, and if what I wanted was unattainable I would have like had been told before the appointment. They were all nice people and had good service but I just wish that a little more consideration of what I had asked and shown them was put into my hair, especially for $600.
